Brisson Legris works closely with Emploi-Québec and several of its local employment centers. We have also been working for some thirty years with the Commission de la santé et de la sécurité au travail and the Société de l’assurance automobile du Québec, to identify work possibilities for the persons met, based on their profile and situation: physical or intellectual capabilities psychological state, academic and professional background, work barriers, etc.).
To that effect, we have developed an analysis grid of factors that influence employment integration and training. Such tool gives us an "employment integration index" for every professional objective considered by a client and allows us to be more effective and precise in our recommendations as to the objectives to focus on and the type of support to offer.
