Hiring the wrong person can be very costly. Training expenses for the new employee, mentoring time, pay period during which the employee is not productive, errors caused by an incompetent employee, loss of contracts, are just a few reasons to trust us in selecting the right person for the job.
Each year, Brisson Legris evaluates over 40,000 candidates and has thus participated, since its creation, to the mass selection of at least 350,000 individuals.
Thanks to our evaluation and selection expertise with professional training schools, we possess a good knowledge of the reality of technical occupations (DEP or technical DEC) and middle management in several fields: construction, mechanics, truck driving, aerospace, health, administration, banks, computer science, esthetics, etc.
Several Tools
We have on hand batteries of tests for over 80 programs as well as an exclusive tool, the Typomètre, to determine which profiles are more likely to meet the requirements of specific jobs. The Typomètre evaluates candidates based on an ideal profile built by professionals and experts from the related environments.
Based on the needs expressed, we also often use the NEOPI-R, the 16 PF, the Jackson Personality Scale, the Raven matrix, the General Aptitude Test Battery (GATB), the performance test for Francophones, Otis Lennon, the Guide de recherche d’une orientation professionnelle (GROP), the Inventaire visuel d’intérêts professionnels, Myers Briggs, InterQualia, In-Basket, EvaFlow…
