Each year, we guide some 2,000 individuals in their professional or academic path.
Our consulting services are aimed at high school, college and university students who want to:
- choose a training program or a school;
- target a career or a main professional objective;
- explore the professions (responsibilities and work environment) related to a particular program;
- better understand the job market and the related activity sectors.
Adults are not left out: we guide them through all life stages at work, including those who want to:
- refine or review their professional objectives;
- identify their sources of discomfort at work;
- prepare an action plan in order to change function or responsibilities;
- consider free-lance work or going back to school;
- plan their retirement...
In all cases, our professionals make sure that everyone becomes master of his or her career project, by fully taking part in the developed approach.
