Employee Assistance Programs (EAP)
Since 2002, Brisson Legris has taken part in six EAP throughout Quebec. These services, of various lengths, are directly focused on career management and employability development of adult customers.
The objective of such an approach can be to:
- refine an employee’s professional objectives;
- identify job dissatisfactions and potential solutions;
- list skills;
- help in choosing a training;
- write or review a resume;
- review job search strategies;
- provide guidance during a progressive return on the job market;
- bring support during a work stoppage;
- etc.
