Marie-Josée Legris, CMA


President

Marie-Josée Legris took over her father’s business in 1998. A seasoned entrepreneur, she succeeded in tripling the family business, which now has a substantial share of the testing and evaluation market for the educational and professional sectors. A Certified Management Accountant (CMA), she has been working in business, project management and accounting for more than 20 years. Most notably, she was the Director of Customer Service and Training at the Quebec Certified Management Accountants Order.

Marie-Josée believes that the key to success is finding happiness in your work or studies.

Manon Cléroux, CMA

Manon Cléroux has been the General Manager at Brisson Legris since March 2010. She has more than
20 years of experience in management positions at different major companies, and also as an educator and as a consulting director in the field of organizational performance. Demonstrating genuine concern for addressing client needs, Manon is keenly interested in success and perseverance at school and well-being and performance at work. With this approach, Manon has assisted several companies in the development and improvement of their services.

Manon firmly believes that we are all responsible for our own happiness and that we can influence our destiny. In fact, this is why she was drawn to Brisson Legris’ mission: to unveil each person’s potential and help them find the position that’s right for them.

Josée Lambert-Chan


Director, Testing and Assessment

Josée Lambert-Chan joined the Brisson Legris team in 2007. She helps educational institutions select candidates to study at the elementary, secondary, college and professional-training levels. Heading a team of 10 people who coordinate, administer and correct exams, and more than 200 supervisors across the province, she oversees exam administration protocols and the research and development of better tools for testing and assessment.

Josée has been active in the educational sector for more than 30 years. Her experience includes working as a teacher, educational advisor, principal of an elementary school, and director of educational services at a high school. She is currently pursuing advanced studies in testing and assessment at the Université de Montréal. Her words to live by: ethics, dedication and a human touch in the delivery of services.

Martine Lemonde, CO, CRIA


Director, Professional Services

Since 1999, Martine Lemonde has been supervising Brisson Legris’ professional services in career management and career transition, aptitude evaluation and talent recognition. A member of the Ordre des conseillers et conseillères d’orientation du Québec¹ (CO) and the Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines et conseillers en relations industrielles du Québec² (CRIA), she manages a team of
20 employees, including career counsellors specializing in employability, educational and professional counsellors and a psychologist.

Martine’s expertise is known and respected by her peers as well as by universities and the media. Having spent several years teaching organizational management and development at Université Laval, she is regularly interviewed by journalists interested in the practical application of her work (Jobboom, Réseau Corus Média, Canal Savoir, Journal de Montréal, etc.). Her specific field of interest: Identifying employability problems, then helping clients take on an active role in the pursuit of their professional aspirations.

Isabelle Joly


Director, Administration and Systems

Isabelle Joly has nearly 20 years of professional experience in administration and accounting, instruction, project coordination and management, and customer service. She has played an active role in Brisson Legris’ development since 2001, holding several different positions along the way. In 2007, she became responsible for the Administrative and Information Systems departments, as well as the management of confidential information. She oversees two employees, including the customer service agent at reception.

Regardless of the challenge she is presented with, Isabelle strives to carry out projects according to the expectations and needs of her clients. She believes that every problem comes with a solution that will, in turn, generate new ways of operating and thinking, thus helping us learn and grow as individuals and as a company.
